Monday

Warmup—3 rounds:

  • 5 strict pullups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 air squats

Then…

  • Flip the big tire. Do two jumps on the tire. Run to the sandbag, lift the bag and do 5 squats. Then sprint back to the start. While waiting your turn, hold a plank.

WOD—20-minute AMRAP:

  • 400m run
  • 30 kettlebell swings (35#)
