- 5 strict pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air squats
Then…
- Flip the big tire. Do two jumps on the tire. Run to the sandbag, lift the bag and do 5 squats. Then sprint back to the start. While waiting your turn, hold a plank.
WOD—20-minute AMRAP:
- 400m run
- 30 kettlebell swings (35#)
