Squat Saturday
I was in Pennsylvania this past weekend, but managed to get a workout in at my old company gym. I hadn’t been to this gym since I left my job over a year ago, and I kind of struggled to get my bearings. Here’s a summary of what I did:
- 500 meter row
- 2 sets of 10 pullups, pushups, air squats, situps, 36-lb kettlebell swings
- 5x5 front squat - 45, 55, 55, 65, 65
- Stretch
Well, I suppose that isn’t so bad now that I look at it written down.
Still struggling on all things squat. My right hip is still burning today. If I want to get stronger, I really need to heal this injury, whatever it may be.
