Happy New Year! (Do you know which one I am?)
A few fitness goals for 2012:
- Get my first muscle up on the rings
- Bench press my body weight (150)
- Improve my times on all the benchmark WODs I’ve done so far (or do them Rx): Annie, Fran, Grace (s), Cindy, Mary, Barbara (s), Diane (s)
- Continue to consistently improve my lower-body strength, which has lagged behind my upper body
Will have to think about this more, but this is a good start.
