Post-Christmas WOD

I went to the noon WOD at CrossFit Dewitt today. After stuffing myself with food yesterday, it was much-needed! Apparently I wasn’t the only one who felt that way, because there were about 40 people there to get sweaty.

WOD—3 rounds:

  • 400m row
  • 15 snatches (55#)
  • 40 double unders

There was a 15-minute cap because we had to do three rounds to get through everybody. Unfortunately I was on my 27th double-under of the last round when the buzzer went off. Great workout, though.
