Not gonna lie

So many CrossFitters I follow on Tumblr constantly evangelize the Paleo Diet, which is frustrating to me, since I didn’t have a great experience with it myself. I mean, it’s great that all these bloggers have found success with it. I just can’t relate.

I would love to add some Tumblr peeps to my feed who do CrossFit and are diet-conscious without excluding dairy, grains and legumes from their diets. Suggestions?

  3. stephintolife answered: I loosely follow paleo, mainly I just stay away from processed carbs
  4. tanadoeslife answered: I agree. Even the challenge we are doing at my gym is primal, not paleo. So, we can have dairy. It’s ok for the challenge, but not forever
