A successful Monday

Warmup—2 rounds:

  • 5 dumbbell push press
  • 10 leg lifts
  • 20 donkey kicks

WOD—15-minute AMRAP:

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 kettlebell swings (36#; Rx was about 50#, but I took it easy because of my neck)
  • 10 situps

12 rounds + 4 pushups

This is my favorite type of CrossFit workout: Balls to the wall with very little equipment.

I am so tired. I will be going to bed early tonight!
