A successful Monday
Warmup—2 rounds:
- 5 dumbbell push press
- 10 leg lifts
- 20 donkey kicks
WOD—15-minute AMRAP:
- 10 pushups
- 10 kettlebell swings (36#; Rx was about 50#, but I took it easy because of my neck)
- 10 situps
12 rounds + 4 pushups

This is my favorite type of CrossFit workout: Balls to the wall with very little equipment.
I am so tired. I will be going to bed early tonight!
