I tweaked my neck about three weeks ago. I don’t remember how. The pain starts where my head and neck meet on my left side, and travels down the inside of my left shoulder blade when I try to touch my chin to my chest. This happens to me about once a year, but usually it goes away a lot faster.
What should I do?

Stretch slowly every morning and every night before bed! Icing and heating too! Sounds like a nerve if that doesnt help.
