Wednesday, December 14
3 rounds:
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Kettlebell swings
- 5 Jerks (did 73# first round, then dropped to 63#)
- 2 min rest
Also worked on my muslceup. I can get to the bottom of the dip, but I’m not stable enough to push up. I need to get back in the harness and practice more.
Thursday and Friday: Off…Thursday was my office Christmas party and yesterday I celebrated Christmas with my boyfriend, since he’ll be with his family in Minnesota for the next two weeks.
Saturday, December 17: Run
Did two laps around the perimeter of Astoria park, which Mapmyrun.com says is 3.26 miles total. Man, I hate running, but CFQ is closed today for a competition and I REALLY needed to get sweaty.
