Warmup:

400m run with 10 airsquats on every corner, then three rounds—10 pistols and 10-second L-sit hold

WOD 1—3 rounds:

  • 3 Minute AMRAP
  • 10 Sledge slams
  • 1 Gym Sprint
  • 1 Min Rest

WOD 2:

  • 5x3 bench press (maxed at 100)

I wish WOD 1 were longer. I would have liked 5-6 rounds.

Now that it’s winter, I’m having trouble staying warmed up in the gym. I get tight fast. I need to invest in some warmer workout clothes.
