Dang, I really haven’t been good at tracking my WODs lately. Well, here’s a recap:
Thursday:
20 Medball Cleans
10 Lunge Jumps
16 Medball Cleans
10 Lunge Jumps
12 Medball Cleans
10 Lunge Jumps
Time: 6:38. Short, but brutal.
Friday and Saturday: Off. Busy with holiday obligations.
Sunday:
5-4-3-2-1 Rope climbs and clean & jerks (78#)
I had to scale back to half-climbs because I physically couldn’t get myself all the way up after a few rounds. My time was over 20 minutes. I was the only woman to actually climb up, so that’s something. The others did the scaled version where you pull yourself up to standing from laying on the floor.
