Warmup—2 rounds:
- Sled drags (I don’t remember the weight, but I know it was hard! And that coach Mike said, “You’re pulling a lot of weight there.”)
- 10 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 10 air squats
WOD:
- 7x3 squat cleans
I topped out at 83#, a PR! Last time I did squat cleans, I struggled with the mechanics of the move and struggled with less than 60#. So all in all, a good night.
